Thank You for shopping from our website. Shipping and delivering your product on time is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with our shipping and delivery processes, we’re here to help.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Q. How long will it
take for the order to reach the customer?
From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-7 working
days for domestic orders to reach the customer under normal circumstances.
Note: Delivery period may vary depending upon
various circumstances such as Public holidays, curfew, strikes, natural
calamities etc.
Q. What can purchaser
do if the order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to
you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached the
customer by the expected delivery date, please write to us at care@advindhealthcare.com and we will try our best to
resolve the issues.
Q. How can user track
their order?
For Domestic orders, once the order has been
dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is shipping your order. Tracking numbers
approximately takes 24 hours to be available for tracking on the respective
carrier tracking system.
While the package has shipped, there will be no
available information on its delivery status until the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Shipping Address: We will charge
extra shipping costs for delivering products to international addresses which
may vary from time to time. The delivery period may also vary depending upon the
place where the product is to be delivered.
There will be no pay on delivery option for the
International customers.
CANCEL ORDERS OR ITEMS
If your order is not
dispatched – Yes,
one can cancel the order if it is not dispatched. The customer can request a cancellation by visiting the order history section and a refund will be processed to
your original payment method if the payment was already made.
If your order has
already been dispatched - No, once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
REFUND
Like many hygiene products, Masks once
delivered cannot be returned or refunded. However, a replacement can be provided
on a case to case basis.
(Note: While choosing the size of the mask,
please refer to the size chart of the masks and choose accordingly.)
REPLACEMENT
Advind
Healthcare offers 5-7 days replacement on all items. Customers can directly
contact us for replacement purposes within 7 days after delivery.
Information
to be included while returning. (Please Include order no, Purchaser Name,
Contact no. and the reason for return).
Products
can be replaced under a few circumstances which will be dealt on a case to case
basis.
